My Working experience in Construction Industry

My name is Trymore Kanyoto ,and I have 18 years of working experience as a construction worker specializing in brick work, tilling and painting. Over the years, I have developed a strong foundation in both technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. I take pride in my ability to work efficient, prioritize safety, and adapt to the dynamic demands of construction projects.

In my previous role at Royal Building contractors , I successfully led a team to complete a 1-hectare paving project for Mutare dry port two weeks ahead of schedule while maintain excellent safety standards. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, and problem-solving in achieving project goals. 

What motivates me most in my work is the opportunity to create structures that have a lasting impact. Whether it’s building homes, infrastructure, or commercial spaces, I find great satisfaction in knowing that what I build will serve others for years to come. I’m always eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills to improve my craft and contribute more effectively to my team. 

I particularly drawn to Royal building contractors because of a two-story house I build in Murambi Mutare. I believe my skills in brick work and my dedication to quality align well with the expectations of your team.
